LEVEL 5 SPORTS MASSAGE AND HOLISTIC THERAPIST
THERAPY AND FIRST AID TRAINING PROVIDER

Sports Massage Therapy is used to treat soft tissues – muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons to reduce tightness, relieve pain, promote repair and to aid recovery & relaxation. These conditions are not restricted to those who take part in sports.  Anyone can be affected by soft tissue dysfunction through work, postural imbalance, historic injuries, repetitive movements etc.  The list is endless.

All treatments will be determined by assessment in your first appointment.  Each new client undergoes this assessment before agreeing a treatment plan to give the best possible outcome.  Further assessments and rehab exercises to be done between treatments are arranged as necessary.

Many clients often opt for a regular maintenance massage following initial recovery as a preventative measure against future pain and injury.  This is highly recommended, as the full benefits of massage are only achieved with regular treatment.

I teach Reiki to students wishing to start their journey.

I teach various regulated First Aid courses from Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), First Aid at Work (FAW), Paediatric First Aid (PFA) and Automatic External Defibrillator training.

I am also a tutor with Body Aid Solutions. If you are interested in training to become a Sports Massage Therapist, click on the link below.
