Service Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle treatment, massaging the lymph vessels with very light pressure to stimulate smooth lymphatic flow. The lymph system works in conjunction with the circulation system to filter toxins and other impurities from the body. It can sometimes become overloaded, leading to fluid build-up or edema. The treatment is also very relaxing and often induces sleep. Full body treatment lasts 90 minutes, shorter treatments for specific areas are available - please enquire when booking.
