Hot and Cold Stone Massage
Relax, ease tense muscles and repair soft tissue with stone therapy.
Hot stone massage therapy combines the benefits of heat application, via the stones, with massage strokes to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. Benefits include increased local circulation, improved blood flow to tissues and improved flushing of toxins and waste products from the area. Combining cold stones in conjunction with hot stones creates a dramatic movement of fluids generating a healing, cleansing and nourishing effect.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy
Mobilise fluid and energy around the body to aid the natural healing process
Myofascial cupping works by separating layers of connective tissue, drawing blood to the surface of the skin and improving circulation. It increases lymphatic flow to help remove waste and strengthen the immune system. It is mentioned in Ancient Chinese, Indian and Egyptian scriptures. There are several techniques which may be used to suit the needs of the client, although the effects will be the same as those in ancient times.

Dry Needling Therapy
A safe and effective technique providing fast results from trigger point pain.
Myofascial pain arises from muscle and its connective tissue. Myofascial trigger points play a role in as much as 85% of musculoskeletal pain. Dry needling is a safe, effective technique which provides fast results from trigger point pain. For those who have tried "everything" with little or no therapeutic benefits, dry needling is certainly worth considering.

Kinesiology Taping
Part of a rounded treatment approach, kinesiology taping can be used to enhance other treatment modalities.
Kinesiology taping can assist with the support of joints and tissues whilst at the same time not restricting the overall motion of the body. It can help with lymphatic drainage and decrease the healing time of many injuries.
