Hot stone massage therapy combines the benefits of heat application, via the stones, with massage strokes to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. Use of warm bamboo sticks further enhances the massage, allowing the therapist to get deep into the tissue and facilitate stretching to ease those tired muscles. Reiki can also be incorporated to help calm the mind, Benefits include increased local circulation, improved blood flow to tissues and improved flushing of toxins and waste products from the area.
